Our classes are taught in and around Newquay, Cornwall
All levels flow/gentle flow
These classes are based around a vinyasa/hatha style of yoga. Incorporating elements of the Vinyasa style of practice along with some of the slower, less flowing, style of Hatha to ease you in to your day or get you ready for bed in the vening. Meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) play apart of these classes.
Yin Yoga and Yoga nidra
A practice that brings in deep, long held poses, focusing on releasing the musculature and moving deeper into the connective tissues that help support our bodies. Each pose is held for between 3-5 minutes allowing time to shift the focus in wards to a meditative space. These classes are then finished with 20-30 minutes for guided meditation in the form of yoga nidra. A practice in which we shift our self into a state of stillness and quiet of the mind.
Breath work
A class for people looking to begin to understand the physiology of breating and the huge importance it plays in our ability to handle stress in our lives and be able to unwind and relax.
Beginners yoga
A class in which we break down poses and the human body to build a greater understanding of our yoga practice. Understanding the biomechanics of the body and the pose will hopefully allow you to build a great self practice and then also feel more comfortable in other classes.
Pregnancy Yoga (coming soon)
A class specifically for women in all stages through pregnancy, post natal as well parent and baby classes. The knowledge learnt from Sally Parkes has enabled me to provide a safe environment for mothers during and after their pregnancy to help get them feeling nurtured and energised.
Strong Vinyasa Flow
An early morning class which is a stronger practoce in which there is less breath work or stronger pranayamas are used instead. The classes use a strong vinyasa flow to build body heat and mobility and use stronger, jazzier poses like arm balances and backbends as peak poses and fun places to play.
1-1
These are available daily and can be offered to teach and further a yoga practice or, as is more common with Wibbs, to guide people through a movement therapy session. This can be to help various musculoskeletal aches and pains; I work in conjunction with Gilmour piper physiotherapists with this too.

One to one
Private classes are also available in our own studio and you would prefer to practice on your own whilst you start learning or maybe to learn some specific more advanced poses, this can be arranged! We will have a chat and go through your experience, what you would like to achieve and if you have any injuries. We can then work out a safe and enjoyable practice specific to you!
